Grill Domination

Char Broil has been known for being one of the most trusted brands in terms of propane grills, and I couldn’t decide whether to get one of these or just purchase a smaller and less expensive model. Since I was used to having guests at home, I wanted to be sure that I was able to purchase a spacious grill that will get the job done quickly and efficiently. The Char Broil K6B Six-Burner 65,000 BTU Gas Grill with Sideburner caught my eye, and since this was the largest out of all the grills offered by Char Broil, I had to be certain that I was making a good investment with it.

Back in college, my roommate loved to whip up some of the best meals for the two of us. I was craving for steaks and fish one day but I didn’t want to just eat out — I wanted to make one myself. I decided to give her a call and ask about the grill that we were using back then (since I wasn’t really paying attention at the time). She told me about the Char Broil T480 with Sideburner. She went on to describe the features of the grill, and being a budding chef, I knew that I could never go wrong with asking a culinary expert.

I have owned several different grills over the past years, and I had to make sure that I took the time to do my research before replacing the one I had previously. I chanced upon the Char-Broil Quantum Infrared Urban Gas Grill, and I wasn’t really too certain if I wanted to spend almost 300 dollars on this unit. The reviews were pretty good, but being a grill fanatic myself, I have also tried grills in the past that really didn’t work as efficiently. Aside from that, I also wasn’t that knowledgeable around the concept of using the “Quantum Infrared” cooking system. It seemed like a great way to cook consistently and efficiently, so I got one for my home and tried it out.

I have to admit, I was dubious to try out the Weber 1520 Propane Gas Go-Anywhere Grill. As the name implies, you can practically “go anywhere” with this portable grill, and the last thing I want is to be stuck in the middle of the beach or a campsite having to serve burnt food to my family. I wanted to be sure that I was getting the right value for my money, and in looking at the price tag, there were certainly other brands that were a lot more fancy and expensive than the Weber. After much prodding from my husband, I decided to give it a try.

We just moved into our new home and I wanted to make sure that everything was perfect, especially my favorite part of the house which is the kitchen! Burgers and steaks were a favorite meal staple at our home so I really had to find the propane grill that would match my exact needs. My mom was the cooking expert in our family, and she asked me to check out the Weber Spirit E-210. I used to rely on just browsing online for cheap deals, but with a new house and a great kitchen, I needed to make sure that I was getting only the best.

By now you have probably started to do your research about propane grills and why it is becoming the most popular choice among chefs and homemakers. I for one have tried to look at several different options so that I can start to replace my old propane grill. It’s amazing how technology and innovation has changed the way we do things. Reason I say this is because of these new grills launched, this time with infrared technology!
